Constructive criticism. When should we listen?
Constructive Criticism
As creatives, we are forever being told that we should take constructive criticism on the chin and heed the words of those who are being “honest” with us regarding our art. Sure…but what if their supposed expertise is in fact deconstructive? How can we tell the difference?
Thankfully for us, as Free-Thinking Songwriters, we can decipher whom to listen to and whom to ignore, by answering this simple question:
